Board of Directors

Coastal Electric Cooperative is governed by a policy-making board of 9 trustees, three of whom reside in Bryan County, three of whom reside in Liberty County, and three of whom reside in McIntosh County.

The directors serve terms of three years each. These directors are elected on a rotating basis at the annual meeting of the members, and exercise all of the powers of the Cooperative, except those reserved to the members, according to the bylaws of Coastal Electric Cooperative.
