Coastal Electric Cooperative's 67th Annual Meeting of Members

All members of Coastal Electric are invited!
Two people will walk away with $500 cash!!

Note: Coastal Electric Cooperative will not open the day of the meeting until 1:30 p.m.

Registration and Voting: 8:30 am. to 10:30 a.m. If you can't be there, but you know someone who is coming - give them a proxy to vote on your behalf.

Meeting: 10:30 a.m. to noon

Location: Midway Middle School gym, 425 Edgewater Drive, Midway, GA. Need directions?

Purpose: At this meeting, reports concerning the affairs of the cooperative will be presented, and members will elect one nominee from each county to serve on the Board of Directors.

Registration gift: Registered members will receive a canvas, Looking Out For You, tote bag, with a wall plate thermometer, an Awesome Appetizer mini-cookbook, and a money-saving compact fluorescent bulb. One gift bag per registered member, please.

Parking: Parking will be at Midway Middle and Liberty Elementary schools. Trolleys will provide shuttle service from the parking lots of Midway Middle and Liberty Elementary schools. Trolley stops will be at both schools.

Lunch: After the grand prize-drawing, pick up a delicious take-out lunch. Take your choice of barbecue pork or smoked chicken with coleslaw, baked beans and a sweet treat.

On-site childcare: Child care, food and snacks will be provided for children 10 and under.

Special registration card gift: All members who bring their personalized registration card (the front of the cover on your June 2007 Georgia Magazine) will get a free, 25-foot measuring tape.

Liberty County

This member-owner has been nominated by petition to serve a term of three (3) years. He is seeking the seat held by Stephen Mullice, Liberty County.

Member-owners will vote by ballot for either incumbent Stephen Mullice of Joseph Cannon.

Prizes: Only member-owners are eligible to register for prizes. If you are renting your home and the power bill is in your landlord's name your landlord is the member and you are not eligible to register for prize drawings.

• Members must be present to win prizes, including grand prizes.
• All members who attend the meeting will be entered in the grand prize drawings.
• You must be registered by 10:30 a.m. to be eligible for prize drawings.
